Our consultants take great care to gather all relevant facts and
details about you to be able to write your Will. Advice is given
where needed in choosing Executors, Trustees, Guardians and on
important issues such as storage and safe keeping of your Will,
Inheritance Tax, Enduring Power of Attorney, Care Home Costs, Living
Wills, Funeral Plans and Probate. This enables us to produce a Will
which is specific to your needs and appropriate to your
circumstances.
Our consultant will return, usually within 7 working days, with the
Will and any associated documents, for your approval, signature and
witnessing. You will have the benefit of our consultant's
experience, helpful advice and complete confidentiality at all
times.
